Sulphur dioxide clung to the air, heading south from Holuhraun. Holuhraun is a large lava field just north of the Vatnajökull ice cap, in the Icelandic Highlands, in Suður-Þingeyjarsýsla, Northeastern Region, Iceland.
Recommended music while viewing: Steve Hillage's For Ever Rainbow.
